15º.- Product availability

The purchase of products has stock that is continuously updated. In case of delay of the shipment, it is previously notified by phone or via email.

There is no maximum order.

18º.- How to expand or Cancel my order

In order to extend an order, the user must make a new one and request through our email HELLO@SUNVIBESCOLLECTIVE.COM a discount code for shipping costs for those cases in which the order made by the same user has not yet has left our home.

To cancel an order after making a purchase, it can be canceled as long as you cancel it within 24 hours of the purchase.

In this case, the full amount will be refunded if the user has chosen Paypal as payment method.

For those cases where the user has chosen to pay with a credit / debit card, the total amount will be returned minus the Stripe payment gate commission, this is:

For credit / debit cards within the European Union, 1.4% + € 0.25 will be deducted.

For credit / debit cards outside the European Union, it will be deducted 2.9% + € 0.25.

Returns: the total amount will be refunded less the commission of the payment gateway

19º.- Expenses and shipping methods and delivery time

The shipping costs will be made by the carrier of the supplier and will cover the shipping costs to be made by the carrier of suppliers whose rates can be checked at all times by the user at the time of placing the order.

The rates will vary depending on the characteristics, weight of the product that is purchased.

20º.- The delivery period

24º.- General Provisions on the Payment Process

The payment order given by the User necessarily implies adherence to these General Conditions as well as the particular conditions of the order.

For any form of payment chosen by the User, all payments will be subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the User by the participating financial entities or by payment platforms in a secure manner (eg Visa, Mastercad, Paypal, etc.).

Once the payment has been made correctly, a message with the confirmation of the purchase will appear on the screen.

The Provider reserves the right to cancel payments or orders in the case of indications of fraudulent operations, informing the competent authorities of the conducts that are susceptible of investigation for the prevention of fraud.

25º.- Returns of defective, damaged or incorrect products or exercising the Right of Withdrawal
