Shipping and Returns

ORDERS SHIPPING:

• GARMENTS IN STOCK: we will ship your orders approximately 7 working days from the date of payment and order confirmation, at the address you provided when ordering.
• GARMENTS FOR PREORDER:  when you place a pre order, will ship your orders within 20 working days from the date of payment and order confirmation, at the address you provided when ordering.
• THE DREAM DRESS:  when you order your Dream Dress, you will receive the access to your private moodboard. Once you complete your moodboard and share it with us, we will start designing your custom print. Once you approve the print, please allow 8 weeks for us to ship your Dream Dress. DELIVERY TIME (may vary slightly):

Spain: 4-5 working days /Europe: 5-7 business days/ Rest of world: 10 to 15 working days (for a more specific estimation please email us at hello@sunvibescollective.com). If you are outside the European Union or in the Canary Islands, please note that you are responsible for paying local customs taxes.    

RETURNS:

if you're not 100% happy with the purchase, you can request a return within 15 days from the date of purchase. In this case, you must send the item/s back to SUNVIBES, unused, unworn and in perfect conditions, using trackable mail service; shipping expenses of returns will be paid by you. Once we receive the return, we will check the piece/s are in good conditions and refund you using the same payment system you Used for purchase.

Please notice that the returns policy does not apply to custom made orders.
